1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Timefly ("the Service"), including our website and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Timefly is a social timelapse app that lets you document life's slow, beautiful changes through repeated photo captures organized into projects. The Service includes the Timefly mobile app, website (timefly.co), and any related services.

3. Waitlist and Pre-Launch

By joining the Timefly waitlist, you provide your email address to receive updates about the launch and early access. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us at hello@timefly.co. We will not share your email with third parties or use it for purposes other than Timefly communications.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Timefly.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos, captions, and timelapse projects you create with Timefly. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., generating timelapses, syncing across devices, displaying shared projects to other users).

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to interfere with the Service's infrastructure
• Create accounts through automated means
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free. We are not responsible for any loss of data, though we take reasonable measures to prevent it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timefly and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
